Joining the Huron Digital team means you’ll help our clients shape the technology landscape and contribute to their success in an ever-evolving digital world.

As the Technical Director with our Epic practice you will lead project implementations of Epic system ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical workflows. You will be responsible for customizing and configuring individual Epic modules to meet specific requirements of different departments. While working on implementation projects you will conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity as well as identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Possess at least one Epic certification.

  • Previous experience implementing Epic, build experience highly desirable.

  • Full life cycle project implementation experience in Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referrals, Care Everywhere, HIM, Welcome, or Kiosk.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience using Epic modules with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions.

  • Proficiency in Epic system configuration and support.

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, PMP a plus.

  • Willingness and ability to travel weekly (typically Monday through Thursday) when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely.

  • Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required.

PREFERRED:

  • Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS)

  • Previous consulting experience
