Jefferson Wells, in partnership with one of our global clients has the need for a Global Program Manager for a long-term consulting opportunity.
This is a fully remote, functional role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs, particularly within the staffing industry or multinational organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, change management expertise, business process optimization experience, compliance knowledge, technical proficiency, and familiarity with HCM and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of key objectives and outcomes.
Guide teams through significant organizational changes, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Apply organizational change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, McKinsey 7-S Framework, CMMM) to drive successful change initiatives.
Address and mitigate resistance to change, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Utilize continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) to optimize business processes, particularly in HR, Pay, and Bill value streams.
Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and audit and reporting standards (e.g., SOX).
Oversee systems and process architecture, data migration, cleansing, validation, and integration (middleware, API-based).
Leverage analytics, master data, and reporting to support decision-making and program management.
Manage HCM systems (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday) and oversee payroll and billing system implementation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and business process optimization.
Familiarity with privacy and data protection policies, audit and reporting standards, and labor laws.
Technical proficiency in systems and process architecture, data migration, and integration.
Experience with HCM systems and payroll management.
