JOB OVERVIEW
Under supervision,reviews, edits, uploads,andmaintainsSite Visit Reports in the ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS) to ensure compliance with departmental policies and guidelines. Serves as the primary point of contact for Site Visit Reports with Accreditation Field Representatives and Review and Recognition Committees and prepares regular reports and summaries for the department.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONSANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Review,edit,trackcompletionofchangesto,anduploadfinalSiteVisitReportsintothe Accreditation Data System per department guidelines and in a timely and accurate manner.
ProvideeditorialandqualityassurancereviewfornewSiteVisitReportforms,Accreditation Data Systemnotification letters, and letter codes.
CommunicatewithAccreditationFieldRepresentativesonSiteVisitReportcorrections, answer questions, and provide ongoing education onidentifiedareas for improvement.
Activelyparticipateinoperationalimprovementsin Site Visit Report forms development and management and site visit scheduling.
Prepareregularreports,datatables,andvisualchartstotrackandsummarizedataonkey department metrics.
ProvideadministrativesupporttotheFieldActivitiesteamwithvariousprojects.
Otherdutiesasassigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
Twoyearsofearnedcollegecredits(transcriptmust be provided)
Twotothreeyearsofgeneralprofessional/administrativeexperience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,and otherMS software.
Preferred
Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS
This position is based in a typical office environment with no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.
Most of the work performed is normally done in the ACGME office and/or home office with the typical physical demands of an office environment.
