Job Description

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE : Generate logo and fashion clocks dial faces and logo planners in a timely manner with emphasis on quality and efficiency.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Process orders chronologically unless otherwise directed.

  • Set up printers and laminators

  • Print dial faces and planners per instructions.

  • Inspect printed sheets of logo and fashion clocks dial faces for flaws, sort sheets of logo and fashion clocks dial faces by size and send for die cutting.

  • Match cut dial faces with corresponding sales orders and send to Quality Control for approval prior to production.

  • Inspect printed planners for flaws, correct size and orientation prior to lamination.

  • Laminate printed planners and trim laminated planners to correct size.

  • Fill and pack sales orders for planners and send to Shipping Department.

  • Become knowledgeable and proficient in the applications of Illustrator and PhotoShop software as well as the proper operation of Print Room equipment.

  • Perform equipment maintenance tasks as required.

  • Adhere to safety rules and procedures, provide a safe, clean and well-organized work environment by correcting and/or reporting safety issues or suspected pilferage to supervisors.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Six months of experience working in an industrial setting.

  • Strong computer skills required and the Ability to become proficient with design software.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move pallets on an intermittent basis.
