Our Wealth Management business provides investment and fiduciary services to individuals, families, corporations, and non-profit organizations. With roughly $10B in assets under management, we have earned a reputation for effectively managing our clients’ needs and goals.
As a new accounts specialist on our middle office team, you will work to provide seamless account opening experiences, attentive account maintenance and superior client support for our front office teams.
Responsibilities:
Assist Client Relationship Specialists and other members of Front Office with new account applications and account maintenance items
Review, approve and process new account paperwork, including verification that pertinent information is correct and complete prior to coding various systems
Adhere to and ensure all workflow activities follow established risk controls, and are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations
Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient client service and communication
Collaborate with other members of the middle office team to resolve internal and client-facing issues
Assist with the implementation and testing of new systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years' of relevant work experience
Experience or avid interest in the financial services industry
Extremely proficient with use of technology, and demonstrated ability to learn new processes and technology platforms
Willingness to collaborate with teammates and consult appropriate parties when additional guidance is needed
Ability to multi-task and retain composure under pressure or with conflicting priorities
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
Takes direction well and demonstrates proactive follow through on assigned tasks
