Your Role

Our Tender / Pricing Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies for the company’s products and services. You will analyze market trends, prepare competitive bids, and ensure that pricing aligns with the company’s financial goals and market positioning.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to understand competitor pricingstrategies, market demand, and customer behavior.

• Identify opportunities for bid submissions, prepare detailed andpersuasive proposals, and ensure all deadlines are met.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximizeprofitability while maintaining a competitive edge.

• Work closelywith sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies withoverall business objectives.

• Perform risk assessments for bids and pricing strategies,addressing any concerns from clients and internal stakeholders.

• Maintaincomprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including pricinginformation and records of communication.

• Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies as needed tooptimize revenue.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 2+ years ofexperience in pricing, tender management, or a related role

• Understands transportation terminology, concepts, andeconomic factors that affect logistics.

• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and building datamodels.

• Strong Excel, Tableau, and/or Microsoft BI experience is beneficial.
