KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Experience with enabling D365 Sales module

• Ability to configure workflows and requirements in D365 as per business requirement.

• Strong understanding on Power Platform for additional customizations.

• Experience with Power Pages to build customer facing portals.

• Experience of Power Virtual Assistant implementation

• Experience with Sales Premium License features Sales Hub, Sales Accelerator, LinkedIn Navigator, Viva Sales etc)

• Using scoring models.

• Understanding to configure Customer Insights Module and Marketing modules.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Real time Marketing preferred.

• 12 Years of overall and 8 years of D365 CE Experience

• Ability to converse with customer on Business Requirements

• Experience with Agile methodology
