KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Excellent Program Management skill. PMP is a plus

• Should have Business Consulting skill and serve as Senior BA in a Hybrid role

• Experience working with Microsoft Technologies

• Dynamics 365 Sales Cloud Experience is needed with experience on various modules example Lead, Opportunity Management, Forecasting

• Experience with Sales CoPilot or GenAI feature is nice to have

• Ability to converse with customer on Business Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong Experience with Agile methodology.

• Nice to have full scale Dynamics 365 end to end implementations or related project experience.
