Description

Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing multi-channel marketing strategies to improve health outcomes and lower cost of care.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Operates as a collaborative partner with internal teams to implement, manage and measure new marketing strategies.

  • Takes end-to-end ownership to ensure appropriate awareness and engagement at various stages of member lifecycle.

  • Supports the strategy and ongoing evolution of the brand tone-of-voice across all channels.

  • Uses data/insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform strategic development —represents marketing as a thought leader.

  • Develops project brief and completes all components before execution—ensures every strategy has a robust measurement plan.

  • Ongoing oversight of active communications even after launch (includes collateral and direct to member).

Minimum requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

  • Healthcare industry marketing experience.
