Job Description:
People/Relationship Management:
Lead and manage a team by setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring team members have the resources they need to succeed
Mentor and develop team members by identifying their strengths and areas for improvement, and providing opportunities for growth
Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments to foster collaboration and alignment
Ensure the team complies with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
Digital Optimization:
Develop and implement digital optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive business goals
Analyze McDonald’s app traffic and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize app elements such as layout, content, and calls to action
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX/UI, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective optimization efforts
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of optimization initiatives
Market Platform Management:
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital platforms to ensure they meet business needs and user expectations
Work in partnership with global Product Engineering Managers to ensure successful testing and deployment
Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of platform updates and new features

The expected salary range for this role is $129,800 - $165,490

Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience
BA or BS in Business or Technology related field
Must have knowledge of mobile app support, development, and deployment
Proficient in structured query language (SQL) and a strong knowledge of database management
Familiar with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, Grafana, DynaTrace, DataDog
Demonstrated experience with data visualization software such as Tableau and PowerBI
Knowledge of incident management and tracking tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence
Superior communication skills across various channels
Ability to work in both development and support environments
Relationship driven with the proven ability to solve complex problems
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
