You will:

  • Partner with engineering teams to develop tracking mechanisms across web and tech platforms that can drive marketing automation triggers, reporting, and enhance the customer journey.

You should have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing operations or demand generation roles, with a preference for those with B2B experience.

  • Proven track record of leveraging CRM marketing and analytic tools to drive marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of lead management processes and marketing automation best practices, including list management, optimization, data quality and hygiene, and troubleshooting.

  • Deep passion for data and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to distill insights from data to drive future strategies, with proven experience in maintaining data accuracy and quality.

  • A true team player mentality: you’re always willing to jump in and help out. Flexport is a highly cross-functional company that requires effective collaboration to drive company-wide results.
