One of The Select Group\'s top clients is looking for a Lead React Developer to join their team on a large initiative for customer facing applications. This will be a fully remote role but working on Central Time. If the below sounds like you, please apply!

LEAD REACT DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS:

• Current lead experience required
• Primary background in React and Node.js
• Database experience with SQL
• Experience in AWS, specifically building out CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in developing using react router, redux, webpack, scss/sass etc.
• Experience supporting micro front end projects
• Professional experience in building front-end frameworks and web technologies including HTML/CSS, JavaScript or Typescript, web components, Node.js or Vue.js and React.
• Proven experience with building digital restful APIs or GraphQL
• Working knowledge of diverse front-end related technologies and new and current architectures such as - React JS, Vue JS, Redux, or other state management libraries, Node JS, Express Server, Unit testing with Jest, React testing library, Mocha, Chai, Enzyme.

LEAD REACT DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting Role based access control project (RBAC) that is spinning up from scratch
• Emphasis on hands on development work the majority of the time, with an emphasis on driving direction and delegating tasks to development team
• Collaborating with the architecture team, mentoring and coaching, working closely with lead architect and current Lead React Developer
• Help drive solutions, perform code reviews and mentorship of the team
• Create React testing libraries with an emphasis on continuous improvement in SDLC
