This is a full time, permanent position, 37.5-hour work week, WFH Flexibility, full benefits, and competitive compensation paying up to \$140,000/salary

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

• At minimum 10+ years of Litigation experience and a 4 year degree OR Paralegal Certificate is preferred!
• Extensive Trial Experience, communicating with Vendors and Clients
• Technical expertise within Relativity (or other eDiscovery tools).
• Litigation support tasks, including trial prep and attending trial experience is required.
• Proficiency in legal citation checks.
• Extensive experience with drafting, responding, and reviewing discovery requests, discovery responses, document productions, litigation holds, privilege logs, subpoena preparation and follow-up, and the ability to draft basic pleadings including motions to compel, mediation summaries, and initial pleadings.
• Must be comfortable billing 1650 hours annually!
