You will have the opportunity to:

Provide day-to-day support for the Firm\'s transactional-related needs providing a best in class experience for our people and firm:

  • Work with internal clients and colleagues in leveraging experience and skills as a strategic business partner and assist in day-to-day operations of the Risk/Legal department
  • Provide legal advice and guidance in connection with a variety of transactional matters, including the Firm\'s engagement letters, master service agreements, access letters, non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, independent contractor agreements, and a variety of others
  • Leverage skills as a strategic business partner and work with colleagues and clients to provide creative business solutions, consistent with applicable law, professional regulations and the Firm\'s policies and procedures
  • Draft, negotiate, and review of commercial transactions, contracts and agreements, providing couns l regarding interpretation of active contracts, and handling contractual dispute resolution. Significant involvement in contractual matters throughout entire contract lifecycle, from formation to termination, for agreements pertaining to diverse subjects
  • Manage multiple contracts and projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Train new Corporate Counsel on negotiation and drafting issues
  • Manage a team of contracting attorneys and contract managers

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor\'s degree required
  • JD required
  • Three (3)+ years of progressive legal experience required, five (5)+ preferred
  • Contracting experience in an house legal team or big law is a plus
  • Professional services experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment
  • Proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment
  • Exceptional communication, client/customer service, presentation, and facilitation skills required
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
