Job Title: Swing Shift Lead Operator

Job Description

As a Swing Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of batch mixers and blenders. Your responsibilities include leading a team, performing production blending, mixing, and handling of materials. The factory is producing powders and flavors. This is a full GMP environment. The shift is a swing shift and will require an ability to work different shifts.

This is a fully on-site position in Chicago, Illinois.

Work Environment

You will work in a flavor manufacturing facility that creates customized meat and savory flavors with unique signatures for a broad range of food applications. The plant produces powdered and liquid flavors for foods. One department specializes in Hydrolyzed Vegetable Proteins (Vegamine), which come in dry, paste, or liquid forms. The smell in the facility varies depending on the flavor being blended. This is a GMP environment, and all PPE is provided.
