POSITIONHIGHLIGHTS

You would be hired as a permanent Sogeti Consultant. An expert in field who will provide guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different workplaces with diverse teams and various industries.

All SogetiProspective Candidates Must:

Possess a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from an accredited institution.

Be a US Citizen or a current permanent resident Green Card holder. Sponsorship now or in the future is unable to be provided for this role.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team playerwith a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectualcuriosity and abilities with:

  • Experience in a Jr Data Engineer role, with a Graduate degree in Computer Science,Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.

  • SQL

  • Azure Databricks

  • PySpark

  • SparkSQL

  • Azure/ADLS (AzureData Lake Storage (ADLS))

  • Advanced workingSQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring(SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.

  • Great numericaland analytical skills

  • Data engineeringcertifications/Azure is a plus.

  • Creating andmaintaining optimal data pipeline architecture.

  • Analyzing andorganizing raw data.

  • Writing pseudocode.

  • Combining rawinformation from different sources.

  • Exploring waysto enhance data quality and reliability.

  • Working withstakeholders including data, design, product and executive teams and assistingthem with data-related technical issues.

  • Identifying,designing, and implementing internal process improvements: automating manualprocesses, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greaterscalability, etc.

  • Performing rootcause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specificbusiness questions and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Supporting andworking with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Buildingprocesses supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency,and workload management.
