Responsibilities: - Proactively handle customers inquiries in an empathetic matter, resolve all insurance issues promptly and professional, and ensure customer satisfaction\ - Maintain accurate and updated customer accounts, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail\ - Possess comprehensive knowledge of all State Farm Insurance and Financial Services products\ - Identify and address the needs of potential and existing insurance customers, providing additional suitable product recommendations and referrals\ - Proactively engage in network activities to successfully attract new insurance customers and expanding the insurance customer base\ - Collaborate with our community marketing event activities as needed\ - Effectively showcase insurance product features, employing persuasive needs based selling techniques to maximize insurance sales\ - Maintain meticulous attention to detail in insurance account opening, maintenance, and closure processes, enterprise requirement
