We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a HS Salesforce Manager on our Health Solution team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office. As a HS Salesforce Manager be the primary CRM resource within Health Solutions (HS) and across the AMA, this role will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing a Salesforce strategy and roadmap, maximizing adoption of the Salesforce ecosystem for 175+ AMA users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CRM Strategy, Roadmap, and Implementation

  • Define and develop Salesforce strategy aligned with company’s business objectives.

  • Create and maintain Salesforce roadmap to prioritize projects, allocate resources, and track dependencies.

  • Evaluate new Salesforce project requests, assess business value, and prioritize needs of the customers and stakeholders.

  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret Salesforce metrics against KPIs (ie sales cycle time, conversion rates).

  • Manage and prioritize Salesforce backlog.

  • Communicate and train impacted business units on process and system changes.

  • Research and identify Salesforce modules, 3rd party ecosystem tools, and other emerging capabilities and requirements based on management direction and identified needs.

    CRM Administration, Configuration, and Integration

  • Manage Salesforce platform for all AMA business units.

  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.

  • Perform system and user administration; establish roles and permissions model that supports the expanding scope within AMA while addressing compliance requirements.

  • Partner with IT to ensure technical requirements are aligned with AMA IT roadmap.

  • Prototype, test and gather feedback on recommended configurations and processes, with an emphasis on sales forecasting, strategic account management and business process automation.

  • Provide guidance, best practices, risk assessment and positive recommendations to the CRM governance function.

    CRM Deployment/ Training and Internal Collaboration

  • Implement, monitor, and provide feedback as new configurations and/or modules are deployed.

  • Test functionality within both UAT and production go-live environments.

  • Develop and conduct training courses for all Sales Cloud and Service Cloud users across the AMA, including onboarding documentation and training for new hires within Health Solutions

  • Build and maintain internal relationships with business unit users.

  • Collaborates with business units to identify unique user needs, assess current and future state of product usability, and determine appropriate business solutions.

  • Proactively reach out to business units to request information that will assist in improving user experience.

    May include other responsibilities as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.

  • 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration, proficiency in Lightning Experience and Service Cloud for Lightning Experience required.

  • 5+ years experience working on complex projects with a focus on end to end implementation and management of Salesforce solutions.

  • Advanced Administrator Certification preferred, with additional certifications as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant a plus.

  • Knowledge of the core concepts to agile project management.

  • Ability to work directly with AMA stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, able to prioritize assignments and meet objectives.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; interacts effectively with AMA stakeholders to resolve technical and business issues in a timely manner.

  • Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to document processes and requirements.

  • Exceptional communication skills; demonstrated ability to assemble and present information clearly and concisely.
