Global IT System Leader for corporate finance and Sales

We are looking for a transformational and experience Global IT System Leader for Corporate Finance and Sales to lead our efforts in enhancing sales growth and enablement through robust CRM solutions. This role will focus on seeing opportunities for enterprise efficiency and financial integration, providing oversight on corporate finance and sales capabilities, and deploying enterprise financial applications such as Oracle and Workday. This is a virtual role and is flexible to work from any U.S. location.

What the day will look like

Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems to enhance sales growth and enablement. Provide strategic oversight on corporate finance and sales capabilities, ensuring alignment with global business objectives

  • Identify and drive opportunities for enterprise efficiencies and financial integration through CRM solutions

  • Lead the deployment of enterprise financial applications, including Oracle and Workday, ensuring seamless integration and functionality

  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and IT teams to ensure effective use of CRM and financial applications

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the use of financial corporate applications, focusing on CRM

  • Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

  • Stay updated on industry trends and standard processes in CRM and enterprise financial applications

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 10+yrs extensive experience in overseeing IT systems and CRM implementation, with a proven track record of enhancing sales growth and enablement is preferred

  • Strong background in identifying opportunities for enterprise efficiencies and financial integration through CRM solutions

  • Demonstrated expertise in deploying and managing enterprise financial applications such as Oracle and Workday

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives

  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing and developing impactful IT teams

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with finance, sales, and IT teams

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address systems-related issues effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology for efficiency and customer experience focus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $250,000 to $300,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
