Qualified candidates will have 5-10+ years of experience practicing in the financial services space in house. Exposure to broker-dealer, FCM swaps dealer and other financial products required. Candidates will work on a broad mix of compliance and regulatory issues, managing relationships across the company to manage risk.

This role is on a hybrid basis from their their Chicago or NYC office (3 days a week). Base salary expected to be in the range of \$190-250k + bonus and great benefits.
