Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will work with the Cloud Compliance Operations team to support the execution of Cloud commercial agreements in compliance with internal selling policies.

• The team oversees the successful and compliant execution of Cloud Commercial Agreements worldwide, including the close management quarter-end sales procedures and continuous improvement of contract execution procedures.

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will provide guidance to Cloud Sellers on day to day contracting operations, including handling policy queries, investigating contract execution delays, and supporting non-standard contract signature requests.

• The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is passionate about risk management within scaled operations, and can focus on complex areas and the details that underpin them.

• Meet with business and engineering team members.

• Respond to inbound questions about sales policies and processes from Cloud Sellers.

• Support managers during peak quarter-end close procedures to ensure timely signature of commercial agreements.

• Manage projects to continually map, enhance and improve compliance operations procedures.

Experience:

• Work experience in cloud selling/technology/enterprise domain organizations.

• Experience in sales operations, project management or paralegal work.

• Experience with compliance operations.

• Strong experience in working with sellers for contracting operations.

• Experience with sales policies.

• Experience of working with commercial sales agreements, including interpretation of contractual terms, and internal governance and approval procedures (Desired).
