As a member of the North America Growth Operations Leadership Team, the Director – Delivering Aon United is responsible for the execution of Aon’s Delivering Aon United (DAU) strategy for North America. This includes operationalizing current programs as well as the ideation of new workstreams to scale DAU, resulting in revenue growth for North America.

What the day will look like

  • Partner with Solution Line Leadership and Commercial Leadership in North America to drive revenue growth

  • Analyze data to measure North America’s progress against the 8 Global Standards for DAU. This includes partnering and liaising with other members of the North America Growth Operations Leadership Team

  • Provide senior leadership with current program status, issues, and successes

  • Engage with counterparts around the globe to share best practices, problem solve issues, and propose solutions pertaining to adoption of DAU.

  • Own and monitor the completion of the operational aspects of the DAU program by the DAU Team.

  • Partner with the Aon Connect team to institute enhancements to the CRM system to drive results as it relates to DAU.

  • Serve as a business partner to Aon’s Commercial Risk Account Executive Practice Leader with oversight of strategic planning efforts focused on retention, service, and growth

  • Lead a team of 5 colleagues through the completion of activities and tasks related to program delivery and day-to-day workstreams

    The Delivering Aon United 8 Global Standards

    The Director – Delivering Aon United will have both direct and indirect ownership of progressing the following standards forward for North America. At times, the colleague in this role will need to work closely with the colleagues in North America that directly own the programs below.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 7+ years of related work experience

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

  • Ability to work with large sets of data

  • Ability to work effectively with multiple levels of management & client facing colleagues

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize and drive progress on multiple projects

  • Ability to work in teams and resolve conflicts

  • Bachelor’s degree required

    T he salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $140,000 - $180,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

    This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
