Enova is hiring experienced Debt Collection Call Center Representatives!

This is a Full-time Direct Hire Permanent Remote Position, but candidates must reside in Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Wyoming or within 100 miles of Chicago, Illinois or South Jordan, Utah..

Salary: $37,440.00/yr + monthly Bonus (based on performance)

Shift: Tuesday thru Friday 9:45 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

About the Role:

Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each with distinct offerings and customer criteria. In the role of a Collections Representative, you will specialize in one brand through our comprehensive 4-week training program. Following the completion of training, your responsibilities will involve reaching

out to customers, identifying solutions, and assisting them in maintaining consistent loan payments. This role requires comfort and proficiency in working with customers through challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing calls to address customers with overdue loan payments

• Work with customers to find solutions for overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and facilitate arrangements for bringing accounts up to date

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to overdue payments, demonstrating empathy and professionalism

• Maintain effective communication with customers, explaining the consequences of overdue payments

and providing assistance in resolving financial issues.

• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and any

other relevant information in Enova's database

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years recent experience as a Debt / Loan Collection Specialist

• Minimum 1 years experience in a high volume Call Center setting

• Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen

• Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

• Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types

• strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

Responsibilities

• Agents are expected to handle back-to-back calls, perform collections tasks, document calls in their system, and send emails to customers before moving on to the next call. This process may seem repetitive due to the auto-dialer's automated transfer of live calls.

• Agents will be wearing headsets and will not hear any ringing. Instead, they will hear a beep when a call is routed to them, and that is when they need to start with their collections activities.

• Collectors are tasked with managing both inbound and outbound calls from customers with overdue loan payments. The primary goal is to confidently identify effective solutions that will assist customers in making consistent loan payments.
