Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Chicago, Illinois, 60622, United States. As part of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will handle a range of functions, including data entry, typing, document formatting, and communication tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering customer-related data into our system

• Formatting and editing various types of documents for internal use

• Typing at a rapid and accurate pace to keep up with business needs

• Ensuring all data entry tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

• Providing clear and effective communication with team members and superiors

• Taking minutes during board meetings and formatting them for distribution

• Regularly monitoring and updating customer records

• Resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient data entry operations

• Utilizing strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Requirements • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in data entry and related software.

• Excellent typing skills with high level of accuracy.

• Knowledge of document formatting in various software.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

• Experience in organizing and maintaining files and records.

• Capable of quickly learning and adapting to new software and tools.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in entering data.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
