Job Title: Contracts Management Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking a Contracts Management Consultant to help manage and organize a population of 1,100 land leases. The consultant will extract key contract terms from these leases and collate them into a single tracking tool, an A/P system 'contracts module,' and possibly a contracts management platform. You will also collect lease agreements, W-9s, and 'Landowner/Vendor Verification Forms' from various teams into a single SharePoint repository. Additionally, the role involves executing a 'pre-approval pack' for each lease and maintaining an organized system of physical and digital records.
