THE ROLE:

The Communications Center Agent plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication between our guests and the hotel’s various departments. This position requires adept management of incoming calls, exceptional typing skills, and a professional telephone demeanor. The agent must handle a high volume of calls efficiently, maintaining a courteous and polished manner. A thorough understanding of luxury service standards and attention to detail are essential, as the role involves addressing guest inquiries with precision and grace while upholding the highest level of professionalism.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly rate for this role is set at $26.00.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Previous experience within a luxury environment, preferably with Forbes Five-Star or Four-Star experience.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests.

  • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and communication tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering a high level of guest service and satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with luxury service standards and practices.

  • Experience or knowledge of Reservations and Guest Request systems is a plus.

  • Experience with hotel property management systems and communication platforms is a plus.

  • The role involves the ability remain seated for an extended period of time

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
