This is a full time, permanent position, 35 hour work week, in office 3 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation, up to \$85K!

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

• At minimum 7+ years of legal experience - preferably Commercial Litigation experience
• Provide exceptional support to Shareholder level attorneys & associates within general litigation practice group
• Extensive experience with Transcribe, type, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports from dictation, handwritten or existing documents
• Managing a very active calendar of appointments, meetings, travel plans, and assisting with invoices/billings
• Additional duties include other administrative and support tasks, as assigned
