THE ROLE:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Chief Concierge to join our dedicated team. Passionate about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional service. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay goes memorable. Deliver hotel on luxury standards to continue and elevate the hotel’s service experience with 5-star Forbes and Clefs d’Or experience. Responsible on hiring and training Concierge and overseeing our front of the house team members. The person is responsible for guest’s stay is enhanced and elevated with curated experiences in Chicago including dining, attractions, and insider knowledge about the city’s history and entertainment events.

PAY:

The starting hourly rate for this role is $26.00 an hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of previous experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar hospitality role.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.

• Refined communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Familiarity with local attractions, dining, and cultural venues.

• Must be able to make dining, entertainment, and transportation recommendations

• Open availability required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Clefs d’Or is preferred
