General Summary of the Job:

This role is responsible for brand and reputation marketing campaign management for Siemens Digital Industries Software. This role will also be responsible for developing campaign strategy and overseeing the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing programs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience leading B2B marketing campaigns and programs.

Essential Functions:

  • As part of the Campaign Hub team and in coordination with other Brand & Communications teams, coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and programs.

  • Develop marketing campaign strategies aligned to organization goals and target audience.

  • Manage relationships with external partners/media agencies including onboarding and day-to-day project management.

  • Document and manage program timelines, resource requirements and dependencies.

  • Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams and delegate responsibilities appropriately.

  • Maintain project documentation, including plans and status reports and provide updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify potential risks that may impact program timelines or campaign success and proactively address issues as they arise.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and projects

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently

  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups

  • Strong written and verbal skills, interpersonal and communication skills with English fluency

  • Ability to effectively navigate and leverage a large and complex organizational structure to maximize efficiency

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • 5+ year B2B marketing campaign or program management experience

  • Ability to effectively navigate and leverage a large and complex organizational structure to maximize efficiency

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

  • Experience working with and understanding one or more of the following industries is a plus: PLM, Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Electronic Design Automation (EDA)

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The hourly range for this position is $31.44 to $56.59 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
