Job Description:

We are looking for a team mate to join the US Technology POS and Kiosk requirement team who is learning or has been working in an agile environment. Having key communication skills when engaging with our stakeholders and forming that open channel of exchanges for taking business requirements and pulling them into technology requirements, will also be a key success factor for our BTA. It is important to have a strong operations mindset and be comfortable being technical or learning to be technical.

Responsibilities:

  • Starting the journey towards being a junior Subject Matter Expert for POS and Kiosk software with the ability to provide business and operational direction on business requirements, change requests, and technical designs for current functionality and future enhancements

  • Elicit, assess, and define business requirements with strong organizational skills to deliver requirements within specified timelines

  • Demonstrates Operations focus by understanding the given and potential needs and taking action

  • Learn to visualize and interpret business to technology

  • Strong collaboration skills and able to adapt their means of communications for both written and verbal, and engage in active listening

  • Establish ability to build relationships with Global Technology internal and external stakeholder partners

  • Ability to share key knowledge to bring team mates up to speed on technology and processes

  • Provide frequent feedback to the team to increase productivity, improve performance, and develop skill sets

  • Responsible for testing within labs and do UAT in our restaurants

  • Executing demonstrations of sprint work to both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse work group

  • Experience in being Agile - helpful to have used JIRA and Confluence tools

  • Must be capable of prioritizing requirements based upon the Business and Deployment needs

  • Ability to effectively self-direct, and manage, and prioritize multiple projects/issues with a high degree of complexity in a fast paced and changing environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams and Visio

  • Able to manage their time effectively and with a sense of urgency

  • Work with management to adapt to obstacles and complete sprint releases

  • Ability to solicit and communicate business expectations and build strong client and stakeholder Relationships

  • Demonstrates ability to communicate complex concepts to our Business Partners and Leadership

  • Participates in sprint reviews and leading demos of new functionality to stakeholders
