Job Title: Blender Helper

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Blender Helper, where you will engage in the Dry Blend and Spray Dry processes. Responsibilities include adding raw materials into mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks, following formula sheets to weigh dyes and chemicals, checking the consistency of batches, lifting drums and bags, monitoring equipment, controlling temperatures, and using an RF scanner to manage inventory. You will also prepare formulas, mix ingredients into kettles, assist with operating Spray Dryers and Liquid Reactors, transfer materials, set up equipment, and ensure all products meet customer satisfaction by filling out batch sheets.
