Description:

Audio Visual Associate: TransUnion’s Audio Video Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and support for 600+ audio/video deployments in conference / huddle rooms across the enterprise including, but not limited to, MS Teams and Zoom enabled conference phones and Real Presence VTC systems. Daily responsibilities and requirements will include:

• 4+ years audio visual experience with a corporate environment

• Setting up events for C-level executives and connecting to video rooms with HDMI cables, teleconferencing panels.

• Experience with wide range of presentation equipment- Samsung, NEC, Crestron, Extron, etc.

• Admin level experience with Zoom and Teams would be preferred

• Strong understanding of AV and PC experience

• Experience with networking basics

• Experience with apps like Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong interpersonal skills for working with executives

• Ability to communicate and coordinate with team members and other departments

• Familiarity with Google is a plus

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Proactive problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

• Desktop support experience with PC/Mac OS and basic configurations

• Experience with wide range of presentation equipment- Samsung, NEC, Crestron, Extron, etc.

• Self-motivated and up to date on AV technology trends
