Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the front office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

What you’ll do:

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the General Manager and other leadership.

  • Answers and directs departmental phone calls.

  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.

  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.

  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.

  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.

  • Receives and distributes office mail.

  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.

  • Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Extensive knowledge of office administration and clerical procedures.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.

  • Ability to prioritize work.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred, but not required.

  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
