• We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a strong background in building automated test scripts for API validation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within our development team to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated tests for REST APIs using Selenium and Rest-Assured.

• Build (API) test automated scripts ( Selenium, Rest-Assured)

• Run test and Validation/work-flow there of

• Execute test cases and validate the functionality and performance of APIs.

• Create, design, and document test plans and test cases.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and report bugs and issues in the API workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.

• Continuously improve the testing processes and automation frameworks.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality.

• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an SDET or similar role focused on API testing.

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages.

• Proficient in automation testing frameworks, especially Selenium and Rest-Assured.

• Solid understanding of RESTful web services and API testing techniques.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and associated testing tools.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
