Environmental OandM Technician - Cheyenne, WY

Position overview: You will be focused on various types of fieldwork, which is a critical component of our client services. Fieldwork may include environmental sample collection and maintenance activities that support site remediation at renewable and petroleum refining sites. Specific activities may include pump maintenance, system optimization, troubleshooting, hose and fitting replacements, system component repair and replacements, well re-conditioning, system evaluations, hydrocarbon recovery, groundwater sample collection, electronic data downloads, stormwater inspections, waste management support, and compliance sampling related to wastewater treatment streams.

The preferred candidate will be based out of our Cheyenne, WY office.

Our team is looking for someone who has:

  • A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • A clean driving record
  • Previous mechanical system OandM experience
  • Previous electrical controls experience
  • An ability to lift up to 50 pounds

This position requires:

  • A demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team members
  • Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing project deliverables on schedule
  • Dependability, with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • An ability to travel to other regions for client site visits, as needed
