Responsibilities: 

-Setup and operate injection molding machines to produce plastics parts according to specifications.

-Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.

-Inspect finished products for defects and perform basic quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers 

-Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to fabricate and assemble plastic components.

-Use hand tools and other equipment to trim, finish, and package molded parts

-Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordancr with lean manufacturing principles.

-Assist with materials handling, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products. 

Qualifications: 

-Previous experience as an injection mold operator oor in a similar manufacturing role is preferred but not required 

-Basic math skills for measuing and calculating dimensions

-Ability to read and interpet work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams 

-Familiar with hand tools commonly used in injection molding operations. 

-Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive task with precision

-Phyiscal stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

-Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
