Research Associate Plant Biotechnology job duties

Working in the plant Biotechnology team using automated liquid handlers

Preforming ELISA assays to measure proteins

Conducted automated western blots for analysis of transgenic tissue samples

Work with LIMS

Conducted extensive analysis on ELISA data

Qualifications

Bachelors in the Biochemistry or relevant and three years of lab experience

Experience ELISA

Experience with protein

Experience with LIMS

Experience with automated western blots, multiplexed immunoassays, and protein extraction from plant
