Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description

Candidate will run and operate a CNC mill, which cuts out parts and pieces for metal products and machine parts. The role involves operating a 4 Axis CNC Mill, changing machine parts occasionally, modifying machine codes, and monitoring product runs. Candidates will perform additional tasks during machine run times, including monitoring machine dies and internal components. Cross-training to run other products and performing housekeeping and general labor duties is required. Candidates must ensure products meet specifications, re-set machine programs, and work closely with the second shift team to maintain machine alignment. Responsibilities also include using hand grinders and grinding wheels, inspecting dies with manual and digital tools, operating lab equipment for testing and visual inspections, using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers, assembling dies, and operating overhead cranes.
