Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter located in Chester, Virginia. The role involves managing numerous aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to initiating background checks and maintaining documentation. This position operates within the telecom industry and requires a high level of proficiency in various skills including Microsoft Excel, Kronos Timekeeping System, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities • Sourcing potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. social platforms and detail oriented networks) • Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews • Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System • Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements • Leading employer branding initiatives • Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events • Forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates • Conducting detailed background checks • Maintaining proper documentation throughout the hiring process. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode • Experience with Indeed • Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with About Time software • Ability to conduct Background Checks • Knowledge of Benefit Functions • Strong documentation skills • Understanding and experience with Hiring Processes
