We are offering a contract-based employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Chester, Virginia. This role is integral to our team, focusing on the recruitment process within the manufacturing industry. The selected candidate will be working in a dynamic environment, leveraging their skills to support hiring processes and documentation, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient recruitment processes.

• Leverage platforms such as Indeed and Kronos Timekeeping System for job postings and candidate tracking.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for maintaining and updating candidate records.

• Employ 'About Time' software for efficient time management within the recruitment process.

• Conduct thorough background checks to ensure the credibility of potential candidates.

• Manage benefit functions for employees, ensuring all benefits are properly explained and administered.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all recruitment processes and candidate information.

• Oversee various aspects of the hiring process, from screening resumes to coordinating interviews.

• Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Careerbuilder

• Proficiency in Kronos Timekeeping System

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to use About Time software

• Experience in conducting Background Checks

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Strong Documentation skills

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes
