Description We are looking for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the local government sector in Chesapeake, Virginia. The selected candidate will be tasked with managing and driving IT Operations projects to successful completion, handling a range of IT projects from small, short-term projects to large-scale migrations and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive IT Operations projects to successful completion within budget and time constraints

• Handle a suite of IT projects ranging from small, short-term projects to large-scale migrations and deployments

• Interface and manage key business stakeholders, vendors, and project resources; setting expectations and driving results around agreed timelines

• Conduct and lead project review meetings and continuously improve project outcomes for assigned projects

• Adhere to project management methodologies and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

• Lead the organization through project(s) to define, design, develop, support, and test the solution through the system development lifecycle when applicable

• Minimize exposure and risk on project

• Create and execute project plans and revise them as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements

• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, About Time, AB Testing, Budget Processes, Deliverable, and Design. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Comprehensive understanding of Cloud Technologies

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Strong knowledge of Database management

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Prior experience with AB Testing

• Understanding of Budget Processes in a local government context

• Ability to manage and deliver on project Deliverables

• Skills in Design, particularly in a project management context

• Experience in the local government industry
