Randstad is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to spearhead team leadership and development within a pivotal organization in Hampton Roads. You will be responsible for overall site production operations; Accountable for all aspects of plant production performance while ensuring objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner. Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the manufacturing process runs smoothly by monitoring and managing the production team.

• Overseeing employee productivity and providing guidance and assistance where necessary to ensure that production targets are met.

• Planning and organizing the manufacturing process, including the allocation of resources and the development of production schedules.

• Monitoring the production process for efficiency and identifying areas for improvement to minimize downtime and increase output.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 40lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
