Senior Benefits Administration Services Analyst – Pension

About the Role:

As a Pension Analyst, you will play a vital role in executing established pension benefits processes and providing support to our senior analysts. Your responsibilities will include researching and responding to intermediate plan participant issues, interfacing with team members to review pension benefits questions, and collaborating with clients to address inquiries and complete projects. Additionally, you will perform routine and recurring plan administration tasks under the supervision of senior analysts, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior analysts in executing established pension benefits processes.

  • Researching and responding to intermediate plan participant issues.

  • Interfacing with team members to review pension benefits questions.

  • Collaborating with clients to address inquiries and complete projects.

  • Performing routine and recurring plan administration tasks.

  • Processing retirement benefit applications and verifying accuracy of information.

  • Preparing and delivering training to team members.

  • Gaining a thorough understanding of plan designs and eligibility criteria.

  • Following and updating documentation materials as directed.

  • Serving as a contact with clients' human resources personnel.

Requirements:

  • Execute established pension benefits processes and seek guidance from senior analysts.

  • Research and respond to intermediate plan participant issues, such as eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery.

  • Interface with team members to review pension benefits questions and provide recommendations to the management team.

  • Perform routine and recurring plan administration tasks for clients' defined benefit plans.

  • Process retirement benefit applications, ensuring accuracy of information and researching past service credits.

  • Prepare and deliver training to team members and ensure unified delivery of services.

  • Gain a thorough understanding of plan designs, benefit formulas, options, and eligibility criteria.

  • Follow and update documentation materials to maintain accurate work papers and audit trails.

  • Serve as a contact with clients' human resources personnel and adhere to plan documents and government regulations.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, training activities, and client-facing interactions.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $66,913-$79,000
