Job Description

We are currently seeking a Ladder Assembly Technician for our 1st shift operations. Join our team and contribute to the preparation, assembly, and finishing of ladder products. This role includes tasks such as painting, cleaning, hanging, and maneuvering raw materials, using hand tools to deburr machined parts, and assembling ladders with basic carpentry skills.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey.

Work Environment

Our manufacturing environment can be noisy at times, and we maintain a casual dress code with jeans and t-shirts being the norm. The 1st shift starts as early as 5:45 am, and other shifts available are 2nd Shift (2 pm-10:15 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:15 pm-5:45 am), Monday to Friday. Notably, on the 3rd shift, you work for 7 hours but get paid for 8!
