Provide IMG Markets with robust data driven analyses, insights & recommendations for profit improvement opportunities.

As part of the YM team, you will:

  • Identify YM initiatives (collaborative)

  • Support markets with analytics

  • Share learnings from the Global CoE / other IMG markets

  • IMG Voice in Global YM forums

  • Develop new tools/processes

  • Coordinate & report progress on priorities

Assist market management in achieving Yield Management targets through deep-dive data analysis, interpretation, hypothesis generation, ideation, brainstorming with markets, assisting monitoring pilot performance through standardized metrics, providing analytical support to scale up of successful pilots

Support / lead data analysis like Sales Programs, Variable Marketing programs, Price Positioning, Dealership network, Competition analysis

Support leadership with monthly EATP reporting along with variance explanation

Dashboard management - SPOC of IMG Revenue Management dashboards

Use of technology and analytical tools (eg. Alteryx, QlikSense, PowerBI, Looker) to improve work efficiency in data blending and creating visualization to develop insights and provide practical recommendations.

Develop tools/processes that drives efficiency in the market as well as the team

Deliver any other analysis as per need of the market from time to time

Educational Qualification - Engineering/MBA/Marketing Degree.

No. of Years of Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience. Relevant experience in sales/marketing in automotive industry preferred.

Professional Exposure - Familiarity with working for large global corporation with diverse workforce

Preferred skillsets - A good mix of practical experience in marketing/sales and data analytics. Knowledge of Alteryx, Qliksense, PowerBI essential.

Leadership skills - Self-motivated individual with strong ownership. Solid business acumen, coupled with a drive for results. Penchant for learning new tools/methods.

Other key attributes preferred - Able to work in a cross-functional diverse team. Flexible work schedule to support different time zones.
