SAM Operational Analyst – Cloud & Infrastructure Services

Specific Responsibilities :

1. Working experience in software asset management and understanding of different license models of various publishers (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Autodesk etc.)

2. Establishing and maintaining software license compliance and licensing life-cycle management for all software from purchase, receipt, installation, upgrade, removal, reallocation, and retirement;

3. Read and understand software license Terminologies and product Usage rights for Tier 1 publishers .

4. Candidate should have the ability to research software products, determine product-licensing Implications and vulnerabilities interpret and process Vendor software license agreements.

5. Experience in Managing the License Portals of different publishers like Microsoft VLSC, Office 365 Administration, Adobe LWS, Adobe Creative Cloud, VMware etc.

6. Having experience in any of the Software asset management Tool like CA, Flexera , Snow Software , Service Now etc.

7. Loading/validating of software licensing/purchasing and uploading the license entitlement data in any of the Software asset management system.

8. Ability to create and generate different reports from the SAM tool and providing recommendation, optimization strategies for risk products.

Qualifications :

1. Any Degree

2. 3-6 years of experience working on enterprise SAM tools like ServiceNow and Flexera.

3. ITIL V3 foundation certified (Preferred)

4. SAM certification preferred (e.g., Snow or Flexera Certified/IAITAM/IBSMA/SIIA/BSA Certified Software Asset Manager) – Preferred
