Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in Pega technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Mobility Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub. Experience in Charles River Advent Geneva Eagle and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This is a hybrid role with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements.

• Oversee the implementation of Pega solutions ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Pega applications.

• Develop and maintain Pega reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

• Integrate Pega applications with other systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow.

• Enhance user experience by designing intuitive and user-friendly Pega interfaces.

• Implement Pega mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.

• Manage Pega case management processes to streamline and automate workflows.

• Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to optimize decision-making and improve business outcomes.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Pega development and implementation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications and integrations.

• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility.

• Have experience in Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub.

• Nice to have domain knowledge in Charles River Advent Geneva Eagle and Asset & Wealth Management.

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Certifications Required

Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) or Certified Pega Business Architect (CBA) preferred.
