Job Description

These positions will form part of our global SW Asset Management team and will be responsible for administration duties that relate to the Software cycle within KBR. The roles will include the administration of all phases of the software process, with a specific focus on our ServiceNow - SAM Professional module including software model, entitlement and catalogue maintenance. The successful candidate will also be involved in the review and redocumentation of our internal handling notes for software deployment, therefore a working knowledge of the software lifecycle including distribution is required.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake the following activities. Training will be provided, however prior experience in ServiceNow, SAM Professional module is essential.

  • Fully maintain, input and update software models, entitlements and the software catalogue in ServiceNow.

  • With support, work through the large volume of tickets in the Software Asset Management queues, take ownership of tickets and work to resolve or reassign to correct queue as applicable.

  • Enter contract management information into the Service Now platform.

  • Review, align and upload software handling notes into ServiceNow Business Application table.

  • Collaborate with our globally dispersed Software Asset Management team, vendors and support teams.

    Job Qualifications

  • Sufficient Progress towards Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or Associates Degree and 1 year of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of college progress.

  • A high level of communication skills, basic MSFT Excel, and solid time management are requirements for this role.

  • Experience in the use of Service Now, SAM Professional module is essential.

  • Experience in creation of requisitions and receipts in Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and Costpoint will be highly considered.

  • Aptitude to learn and assist the team in a variety of ways is appreciated.
