Manufacturing Engineering is a team of individuals who are responsible for ensuring the proper production of automotive components, subsystems, powertrain (Engine/Transmission/Axle) and complete vehicles at our plant sites.

The Manufacturing Quality Product team develops and supports QLS-VO (Quality Leadership Systems-Vehicle Operation) to support our Assembly teams.

Position is a Client Desktop Developer for a critical Plant Floor Application that supports both Web and Desktop Clients on a Linux W/ Oracle DB Platform. You will be responsible for a variety of new development and maintenance in all the Application Segments. As a part of the team, the candidate will be leveraging various technologies, including, angular platform and framework, bootstrap framework, REST apis and other technology components.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience: Object-Oriented or Functional languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or similar

• Exposure and experience in Architecture and Software Design Pattern

• Expertise in eXtreme Programming (XP) disciplines including: Paired programming, Test-first/test-driven development (TDD)

• Strong understanding of clean code concepts

• Experience with Java backend framework like Spring Boot

• 5+ years of Experience with VB.Net

• 5+ years of Experience with Oracle Query

• 4+ years of Experience with AngularJS\15
