Job Purpose

To Provide Admin & Facility Related Support at Chennai Location

Job Responsibilities

Providing Full Administrative Support as agreed with Supervisor administration

•The person should have knowledge of housekeeping, use of various chemicals and HK machines, pest control, general administration and manpower management Should have workable knowledge of MS, as well as written and verbal communication in English

•Facility Inventory Management

•Scheduling, organizing, and coordinating meetings and events

•Visitor & Vendor Management

•Courier Management

•Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information

•Arranging meetings, business travel and accommodation occasionally

•Monitoring space allocations and providing efficient space use.

•Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.

•Coordination of all preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment’s to be done

•Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

•4- 6 Years of Experience in similar role.

•Bachelors Degree

•Excellent administrative skills and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and databases

•Demonstrable ability to work independently

•Excellent personal organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and to work to and meet tight deadlines.

•Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams and with a variety of people both inside and outside the organization.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills

•High level of accuracy in all work with excellent attention to detail.

•Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to respond positively and proactively to colleagues and external contacts

•Knowledge and understanding of procurement

Preferred Qualifications:

•Understanding of reputation management

•Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint

Background Check and Drug Testing Information:
